Have you ever wondered what a cross between Winnie the Pooh and Alice in Wonderland would be like?
Well look no further. I'm pleased to announce that my new children's book, The Furry Book of Nonsense, will be available February 27th. Based on a short story I wrote as a fifth grader, this title is packed with as much lunacy as I could possibly cram into 194 pages.
The craziness begins when a beaver sneaks into a library in search of something to eat. Before he's realized what's happened, he's managed to convince Maggie, an adventure-craving school girl with the strength of a ten-ton gorilla, that he is a book.
So she checks him out of the library.
What follows is absolute madness, from a circus with acrobat lawnmowers to ghosts who spend their afterlives in very strange ways, you never know what's lurking beyond the next page. If you're looking for a short read that's fun and lighthearted, give this one a look over. I'm quite proud of how it has turned out and look forward to hearing everyone's reactions. The target audience is somewhere between 4th and 6th grade, but a much broader range than that can potentially enjoy it.
The Furry Book of Nonsense will be available in print or Ebook on February 27th. The Ebook can be preordered here.
